Parcel delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days (Monday-Friday) from the dispatch date with a total estimated delivery date of 5 to 8 days from your order date.

Delayed Orders
You should receive your order within 5 to 8 business days (Monday-Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this time frame, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 business days (Monday-Friday) before reaching out. Cancellations
Cancellation before package dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elliot-parker.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation after package dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation of your order will have to go through our return policy. This means, you will have to wait for your order to get delivered, then request a cancellation (return and refund) according to our Return and refund policy.
